Per person, per month. Change plans any time.

Hire a boss for your team for the price of two hours a month.

Three plans. Basic gives you clean timesheets with proof. Pro gives you the AI VP that runs the week. Max gives a whole company the same VP with the controls it needs. Most founders pick Pro, and the arithmetic below shows why.

Employee data stays isolated · Setup in minutes · Cancel Basic and Pro any time

What $29 a person buys

The cheapest manager you will ever hire.

A human manager costs a salary, a ramp-up and their own blind spots. Pro costs less than two recovered hours a month per person at a $15 hourly cost, one hour at $30, and it never has a bad week.

  • $340of payroll not spent, in a demo week

Payroll you stop paying for idle time

Fifteen idle minutes pause the timer. Across a twelve-person team in our demo week that was $340 of a $4,250 payroll, eight percent, paused automatically. Pro costs $29 a person. The arithmetic is not subtle.

  • 88%team focus, up 5% in the demo week

More output from the same people

Nudges when someone drifts, blocks on the third distraction, praise for deep work. The team is measured against a focus target you set, and the VP pushes toward it every day, not just after a bad month.

  • 9management actions a day, without you

Productivity that does not depend on your attention

Pauses, nudges, praise, blocks and warnings all happen on rules, all logged in the AI Feed. Nothing waits on you noticing. The team gets a manager that pays attention at 2:56 PM on a Tuesday.

  • Fridayone page, ready to forward

    Your week back

No status pings, no timesheet chasing, no Sunday-night approvals. You read one page on Friday, make the three decisions it surfaces, and spend Monday on the company instead of on the team.

Figures are from the product’s demo workspace and illustrate the features, not customer results.

A founder’s week, before and after

“I manage more than 500 people now, and I read one page a week to do it.”

Before TimeVP I was the management layer for a company that had outgrown me. Every status question came to my inbox, every timesheet waited on my Sunday, and I found out about problems when a client did.

Now the VP runs the day. It pauses idle time, nudges people back on task, blocks the distractions we agreed on and sends me an AI report on every team each week. When something needs a human, it says so, and it has been right often enough that I trust it.

In our first quarter on it, revenue grew 25 times. I will not pretend the software did that alone, but it gave me back the hours to do the work only a founder can do. It has been fuel.

Do the math

How many hours does each plan need to recover to pay for itself?

Take a person’s hourly cost. Divide the plan price by it. That is the number of hours a month the VP has to give back before the plan is free. Everything after that is margin.

For your own team size and rates, the estimate on the homepage does the full calculation.

Hours per person per month needed to cover each plan, by hourly cost

Pro at a $15 hourly cost: under two recovered hours a month, per person, and it is paid for.

Which one is you?

Pick the plan by the problem, not the price.

  • Basic

You bill by the hour or run payroll on tracked time, and the problem is proof, not management.

Clean timesheets with screenshots behind them, approved in one tap.

  • ProRecommended

You are the management layer, and you would like to stop being it. Six to sixty people, remote or hybrid.

The VP runs the day. You read Friday’s page. This is the plan most founders are here for.

  • Max

Several teams, different rules for each, and a procurement or security process to satisfy.

Company-level roles, per-team rules, onboarding and a named contact.

Everything in every plan, line by line.

Pricing questions

Straight answers.

Anything else, ask us directly.

Which plan should I start with?

If you want accurate timesheets and proof, Basic. If you want the week managed without you, which is what most founders come for, Pro. If you run several teams or need company-level controls, talk to us about Max.

How is a person counted?

Anyone whose time is tracked in your workspace. Owners and admins who only view reports are not charged as tracked people.

Does Pro really pay for itself?

It is arithmetic, not a promise. Pro costs $29 per person per month. At a $15 hourly cost, two recovered hours a month cover it; at $30, one hour does. Idle-time pausing alone paused $340 of a $4,250 payroll in our demo week. Your numbers will be your own.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Move between Basic, Pro and Max whenever you like. Changes apply from the next billing cycle.

What do employees see?

Their own portal with their own tracked tasks. Payroll, budgets and company-wide performance are visible only to the owner and the roles you allow.

Is there a contract?

Basic and Pro are month to month. Max is scoped with you and can be invoiced annually if your procurement needs it.

Give your team a boss. Keep your weekends.

Pro is $29 a person a month. Set up in minutes; your first Friday report arrives at the end of this week.
