These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a contract between TimeVP (“TimeVP”, “we”, “us”) and the person or organisation using the website at https://timevp.com or the application at https://app.timevp.com (together, the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind it.

2. Accounts and workspaces

  • You must provide accurate account information and keep your sign-in credentials confidential.
  • You are responsible for activity under your account and for members you invite to your workspace.
  • Workspace administrators control tracking settings and member access for their workspace and are responsible for using the Service lawfully with respect to their team, including any notice or consent obligations toward employees. 3. Acceptable use

4. Subscriptions and payment

5. Customer data

You retain all rights to the data you and your workspace members submit to or generate through the Service (“Customer Data”). You grant us the rights needed to host, process, display and transmit Customer Data to provide and improve the Service, and to comply with law.

6. Intellectual property

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service, with notice where reasonably practicable.
